HEAR The
Red Sweater Read by the Author
The Red Sweater
eyes flash down
the red carpet is reflected,
a dark brown crown
no interest is detected . . .
yet - vain as I am shy,
a quick glance right
finds a morally engaged eye
refusing to bend from sight.
