Gordon, Dad [Gerald/Benny], Ben and I . . . Gordon and I called both our father and step-father Dad . . . Gerald was Ben's father . . . I think Ben was three when Dad had his accident . . . the Veterans Administration  trained my mother how to "care" for Dad:  he lived at home for fourteen years . . . he died May 7, 1992 . . .
